howdy fellow runners!

i attempted to pull a team together myself, however, it fell apart, so here i am looking for a team that needs 2.  i am a 26 year old male, competitive runner.  i've completed three marathons, my last being 3:07:18 at disneyworld in jan.  depending on the terrain i can run anywhere between 5:45s (downhill/pancake flat and short) to 8:30 (uphill) with high 6s being the average.  i work at NIH, im laid back, and love music.

my co-worker also needs a team.  i dont know much about her, so i really cant tell you her stats, but i think she is the non competitive type, though super siked to participate in such an event and good people.

if you need any runners to help pitch in, just give me a holler.

Same here.

I tried the daunting task of assembling a team from a couple of locations. Needless to say, we need a few members if you haven't found a team already.

The members of our team are looking for a fun run! The running pace varies from 5:30 to 9:00 min miles, and 6 of us ran the Rock and Roll Mardi Gras Marathon (2) or Half (4) a few weeks ago.

A big chunk of the team is coming from New Orleans, the rest is in the D.C. area.

We'd love to have you if you need a team!

Thanks,
Doug
