We have deals in place with the Wyndham and Courtyard, which are both at the start. But, rooms are going fast so don't delay! The Wyndham is the host hotel. Please click on Lodging to get those links.  We have also made deals with other Gettysburg area hotels as well as a finish line hotel.  Finally, we have rental deals in place with Dollar and Thrifty as well, so please check them out!

The American Odyssey Relay Run Adventure begins in Gettysburg PA and ends in Washington, DC. There are three airports that are essentially equally accessible to both cities. Reagan National, Dulles and BWI will all work fine, so look for the best connection.

Pre-race check-in is 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Thursday the 22nd at the Wyndham in Gettysburg.  You will need to bring your vests, blinking lights, headlamps, etc. You will also need to bring signed waivers for anyone who hasn't registered online.  And, you'll get your t-shirts and early registration premiums.  The team captains' meeting will be at 8:30 pm also at the Wyndham.  We'll go over last minute changes, safety updates, etc.  And, we'll announce the winner of the best team name.  See you there!
